VISTARO TRAVEL (Fartak LLC DBA)

Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

1. AGREEMENT

By booking with Vistaro Travel, you agree to these terms. The lead traveler accepts responsibility for all passengers on the booking.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Confirmation: Booking confirmed upon deposit payment and our written confirmation.

Payment Schedule:

Deposit: 25-50% at booking (varies by trip)
Balance: Due 60 days before departure (45 days for shorter trips)
Late bookings: Full payment required

3. PRICING

Prices in USD, subject to change until confirmed. We may increase confirmed prices only for fuel costs, taxes, or currency changes exceeding 10% (you may cancel with full refund).

4. MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and baggage is

REQUIRED. Without adequate insurance, we are not liable for covered losses.

5. CANCELLATION BY YOU

90+ days: Deposit only
60-89 days: 25% of total
30-59 days: 50% of total
15-29 days: 75% of total
Under 15 days: 100% of total

Exception: No penalty for US State Department Level 4 Travel Advisories.

6. CHANGES BY US

We may modify trips for circumstances beyond our control. You’ll receive alternative arrangements, full refund, or future travel credit.

7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations)
Disclose medical conditions affecting travel
Respectful behavior (removal without refund for violations)
Prompt communication and accurate information

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

We are NOT liable for:

Third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, activities)
Force majeure events (weather, terrorism, government actions, epidemics)
Personal choices and activities
Lost/stolen personal property

Our liability limited to: Amount paid for services (except gross negligence).

9. SPECIAL REQUESTS

Dietary needs, accessibility, room preferences are requests only, not guarantees. We’ll make reasonable efforts but cannot ensure fulfillment.

10. COMPLAINTS

Report problems immediately during travel. Written complaints within 30 days of return. Unresolved disputes subject to binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.

11. GOVERNING LAW

California law governs these terms. San Francisco County jurisdiction.
